Description

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners and support portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to support long-term business success and strategic expansion.
  • Consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their business goals and advertising needs.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with German-speaking client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills (B2 or higher).
  • EU citizenship and a valid passport are mandatory for this role.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in business-facing environments.
  • Experience related to Digital Advertising is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German-speaking market.
  • Ability to consult with clients to understand business goals and advertising needs.
  • Experience driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to manage long-term relationships with German-speaking client accounts.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and client success.
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service and ongoing account support.
