Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with order processing, troubleshooting, and warranty-related questions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, availability, and service options.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Exceptional German language proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency is required.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Good organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems and related software.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
