Description

  • Research consumer and regulatory complaints to support fair resolution.
  • Facilitate coordination with business areas to resolve and respond to regulatory and non-regulatory complaints.
  • Draft accurate and thorough response letters for medium to complex complaints.
  • Review the quality and completeness of data entered into the Complaints Management System.
  • Follow complaint file retention processes.
  • Participate in departmental projects.
  • Help solve issues proactively and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate on process design and drive strong execution.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of life insurance operations and compliance experience.
  • Experience in a compliance and/or insurance operations function in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Life & Annuity products and systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to research and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify root causes of issues.
  • Experience handling challenging circumstances.
  • Ability to maintain high customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 USD.
