  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to share relevant information with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in customer experience, customer success, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece or Bulgaria with full relocation support provided.
