Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with order placement, account management, and troubleshooting on the online platform.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to support efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on promotions, new products, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and spoken Dutch is essential.
  • At least B2 proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
