Description

  • Respond to urgent tickets and incoming client calls to diagnose and resolve technical issues using phone and remote tools.
  • Provide support across varying shifts to help maintain 24/7 coverage.
  • Resolve workstation operating system issues on Windows and macOS with minimal assistance.
  • Troubleshoot printer, peripheral, business application, and common line-of-business application issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors when needed to resolve issues with tools such as CRM systems, VoIP, and Microsoft 365.
  • Handle basic networking issues related to endpoint connectivity.
  • Perform patch management, system updates, and firmware updates.
  • Manage disk space, review alerts, remediate vulnerabilities, and tune system performance.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent issues and keep systems stable and secure.

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
  • Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
  • Strong skills in application troubleshooting, PC deployment/imaging, and user profile management.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365 / Office applications, Adobe applications, Active Directory, backup solutions, endpoint security tools, mobile devices, and common business applications.
  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is highly preferred.
  • A home office setup with at least 8GB RAM and a compatible computer running Windows 11 with an Intel i5/i7 8th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5/7 2000 series or newer, or macOS 12 or newer.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • Quality noise-cancelling headset, smartphone capable of installing Microsoft Authenticator, HD webcam, second monitor, and UPS if using a desktop.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Preferably at least two certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
  • Ability to provide NBI Clearance for Philippine applicants.
