Description

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform.
  • Provide high-quality product support to customers through email, chat, and phone.
  • Partner with customers to diagnose and resolve product issues and escalated complaints.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users across a wide range of technologies.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and document resolution steps.
  • Provide guidance on non-technical questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup.
  • Support customers with established processes and escalation workflows.
  • Transform workflows by helping build smarter, AI-centered ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats across multiple channels.
  • Strong creative problem-solving ability and comfort working through unique customer issues.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of web, networking, and software products, including DNS, IPs, and other networking concepts.
  • Experience with APIs.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Klaviyo product; completing the Klaviyo Practitioner Certificate is a plus.
  • Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects and interest in learning AI tools and workflows responsibly.

  • Base pay range of $26.92 to $40.38 per hour for US locations.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Potential equity and sign-on payments as part of total compensation.

  • Flexible location-based compensation determined by skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
