Description

  • Respond promptly and courteously to Danish-speaking customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with bookings, reservations, travel changes, baggage questions, and other airline services.
  • Resolve travel issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal airline departments to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Stay up to date on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
