Description

  • Consult with Wealth Advisors on portfolio strategy, objectives, and investment implementations.
  • Communicate investment philosophies, strategies, and implementation updates to advisor teams.
  • Lead presentations on investment topics and provide training for new Portfolio Consultants and hires.
  • Match advisor objectives with available investment strategies, including public and private market solutions.
  • Draft, support, and audit portfolio analytics, proposals, and investment deliverables.
  • Manage multiple portfolio implementations and standardized workflows within service-level agreements.
  • Audit implementations to confirm alignment with target portfolio objectives.
  • Troubleshoot portfolio inquiries and collaborate with central teams on process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Wealth Management, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Trading teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
  • CFP® and/or Series 65 required.
  • At least 3 years of financial industry experience.
  • CFA designation or advanced degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of capital markets, portfolio design, and investment management.
  • Expertise with complex investment vehicles, models, and investment platforms, including public and private markets.
  • Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks accurately and work independently or in a team.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional early or late hours; up to 10% travel.

  • Base salary range of $76,500–$90,000, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
