Description

  • Provide analytical and sales support to Sr. Investment Strategists across prospective client opportunities, new-to-firm clients, and internal business partners.
  • Analyze prospective client investment portfolios and create customized portfolio illustrations aligned with the firm’s investment philosophy and platform.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s investment platform and philosophy to support client and internal presentations.
  • Deliver relevant portfolio and market insights to help prepare for sales presentations and industry events.
  • Represent Sr. Investment Strategists in key business partner and asset manager meetings.
  • Participate in prospective and new-to-firm client meetings when appropriate and successful in the role.
  • Support internal sales teams and advisors with investment thought leadership and expert insights.
  • Work across multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of investment professional experience preferred, ideally at an independent wealth management firm, RIA, or similar firm.
  • Comprehensive understanding of public markets, portfolio design, complex investment vehicles, and investment models.
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Working knowledge of YCharts, Morningstar, and Emoney is a plus.
  • Familiarity with alternative investments and quantitative, factor-based investing is preferred.
  • Series 65 required, or obtained within 3 months of start date unless exempt due to a professional designation such as CFA or CFP.
  • CFA Charter or CAIA is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with multiple stakeholders working remotely.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.

  • Base pay range of $90,000 to $100,000 USD.
