Description

Perform monthly billing audits, including fee calculations, account troubleshooting, and adjustments.
Review and maintain client accounts, household structures, and fee schedule assignments.
Update billing instructions with advisors and internal stakeholders in accordance with client agreements.
Reconcile direct-debit results and monitor timely fee collection.
Respond to billing inquiries from advisors and Client Service teams.
Coordinate with Trading and Client Service to ensure sufficient account liquidity for billing debits.
Track, investigate, and resolve outstanding, failed, or rejected fee transactions.
Facilitate collections through account funding, fee reprocessing, and billing-setup updates.
Maintain collection records and report on aged receivables and collection status.
Identify collection trends and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Understanding of portfolio accounting and client performance reporting concepts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with integrated financial systems and billing platforms.
Experience with Orion strongly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with advisors and cross-functional teams.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; remote work is preferred for candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

Base pay of $26–$31 per hour, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
