Description

  • Lead technical discovery workshops and translate customer business outcomes into executable solution approaches.
  • Define end-to-end architectures spanning applications, data, integrations, AI, workflows, identity, security, and operations.
  • Own technical integrity across Siemens, customer, partner, and distributed-team solution components.
  • Create and govern architecture documents, specifications, interface designs, data models, and implementation guidance.
  • Lead design reviews, validate non-functional requirements, and manage technical debt, risks, deviations, and change decisions.
  • Provide day-to-day technical direction across consultants, developers, data and AI specialists, integration resources, QA teams, and partners.
  • Coordinate technical delivery across build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, communicating architecture tradeoffs, risks, and best practices.
  • Support proposals, estimates, statements of work, demonstrations, and delivery plans.
  • Develop reusable architecture patterns and mentor consultants and technical leads.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions and leading multidisciplinary implementation teams.
  • Experience leading solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
  • Strong architecture expertise across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to translate business processes and desired outcomes into solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed teams.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones as required.
  • Experience with Siemens Digital Industries Software, such as ICX, SLC, Mendix, Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Graph Studio, or AI Studio (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud or hybrid architectures, APIs, data platforms, IAM, DevSecOps, enterprise observability, or complex industrial environments (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $146,700–$293,400, depending on experience, qualifications, budget, and location.
  • Target annual incentive of 7.5% of base salary.
