Description

  • Lead the creative vision for complex client projects, including high-level estimating of hours and costs.
  • Develop AI-enhanced concepts, photorealistic concept art, and guest journey visualizations for pitches.
  • Use LLMs and Adobe Creative Suite to refine event themes, scripts, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure brand stewardship across all physical and digital event touchpoints.
  • Propose sustainable design solutions that reduce environmental impact and support circularity.
  • Conceptualize spatial and multimodal experiences that integrate physical environments with digital layers.
  • Identify, brief, and direct specialized external talent such as 3D renderers, motion designers, and AI artists.
  • Own projects from concept through final onsite walkthrough and final delivery.
  • Partner with production, tech, sales, and freelance collaborators to bring event concepts to life.
  • Influence how the creative team prices, pitches, and delivers high-end experiential work.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or high-end experience-driven agency environments.
  • Portfolio showing live or hybrid experiences you personally conceived and delivered.
  • Experience designing general session stages and conference themes.
  • Proven ability to own a project from first brainstorm through final delivery without relying on a team underneath you.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for visual ideation, moodboarding, and narrative development.
  • Experience with tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, and Claude.
  • Evidence of scale through Fortune 500 brand work, $1M+ productions, or 500+ attendee experiences.
  • Strong understanding of full-scale conference environments, event tech, and how event components work together.
  • Ability to present creative direction in a way that supports business goals.
  • Experience working in collaborative, high-end agency or production environments.
