Description

  • Guide patients through enrollment in healthcare programs and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Assess patient eligibility for programs based on criteria such as age, medical conditions, and other qualifying factors.
  • Conduct patient consultations to collect information and explain program benefits and requirements.
  • Document patient information, enrollment details, and eligibility assessments in EHR or other designated systems.
  • Monitor enrollment progress and coordinate with patients and internal or external stakeholders to move applications forward.
  • Provide clear patient education about Medsien’s healthcare programs.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Stay current on program updates, changes, and new offerings, and communicate them to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, social workers, and other relevant parties to support seamless enrollment.

Requirements

  • Must have active national Certified Medical Assistant certification from an accredited institution such as NHA, AAMA, NCCT, or NAHP.
  • Must speak and write Arabic and English fluently.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion when working with patients.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and enrollment processing.
  • Effective organization and time management skills to manage multiple enrollments and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, computer proficiency, and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Must maintain professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Monday through Friday full-time availability.
  • Remote work from within the U.S.
  • This is a 1099 contract role.
