Description

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and test ad copy, creative assets, audiences, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize CPL, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing page combinations.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategy with referral program goals.
  • Stay current with Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion, and awareness campaign objectives.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and apply findings to campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Legal industry or law firm marketing experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones, including PST, EST, or CST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Stable internet connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with backup connectivity.
  • Personal computer meeting the stated hardware, operating system, storage, browser, and security requirements.
  • Noise-canceling headset or earphones, webcam with at least 720p resolution, and a quiet dedicated workspace.
