Description

  • Research targeted industries and companies to produce 10+ B2B news articles per day.
  • Monitor industry news and analyze financial and advertising data to identify trends and sales leads.
  • Compile trend reports that support content production and actionable insights.
  • Enter, organize, and maintain research data in internal databases.
  • Edit and proofread your own work and review others’ output for clarity and accuracy.
  • Follow AP Style and in-house editorial guidelines for both US and UK English audiences.
  • Coordinate with Researchers, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure content meets customer needs.
  • Use Airtable, Google Workspace, and internal databases to streamline research and data logging.
  • Assist with AI/LLM-related product development, content automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Continuously refine research techniques to improve content and data quality.

Requirements

  • Strong English writing, research, and editing skills.
  • Solid knowledge of AP Style and experience writing for both US and UK audiences.
  • Ability to produce high-volume output of 10+ articles per day.
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data-driven insights and a strong interest in marketing, advertising, and business news.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Airtable, and basic project management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with or comfort using AI/LLM tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience with specialized data research, Boolean searches, and advanced digital tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
