Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Legal, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to support contracting and compliance workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for completing and submitting Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Own significant portions of the NDA, vendor, and revenue contracting processes, including reviewing and redlining contracts per the company playbook.
  • Coordinate commercial and vendor contract flow, documentation, and communication among internal stakeholders to ensure efficient cross-functional workflows.
  • Independently draft response language for questionnaires and manage questionnaire-related communications.
  • Support optimization of contracting processes and ensure adherence to compliance standards across lifecycle stages.
  • Assist in integrating AI tools into legal workflows (e.g., contract review automation) and in optimizing use of contract management tools.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of practical experience with due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals, and privacy/security questionnaires.
  • Ability to independently manage questionnaires and draft appropriate response language.
  • Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and contract lifecycle management tools such as SecureFrame and Lexion.
  • Experience reviewing and redlining contracts based on a company-standard playbook.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, and security issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and project management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or willingness to help integrate AI/automation tools into legal/contract workflows (preferred).
