Description

  • Support the end-to-end selection funnel, including intake sessions, candidate profile mapping, technical and cultural screening, and offer and placement support under senior guidance.
  • Help design targeted search strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, and design.
  • Apply market intelligence to refine role requirements and recommend talent pools and outreach approaches.
  • Own candidate communications, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate care to ensure a smooth remote experience.
  • Use and maintain the ATS, track pipelines, ensure process compliance, and help streamline remote workflows.
  • Collect and analyze sourcing and funnel metrics, prepare stakeholder updates, surface blockers, and suggest process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers, People Ops, and senior Talent Discovery consultants across time zones to align expectations and hiring goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Colombia and able to work remotely with reliable connectivity and overlap with team hours as needed.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar.
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, X-ray search, passive sourcing, and candidate mapping.
  • Understanding of the digital and tech labor market in LATAM.
  • Familiarity with Colombian or regional labor rules, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive ownership, with the ability to take initiative, follow through, and seek feedback.
  • Adaptability and focus in a fast-changing remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to organizing data and spotting trends.
  • Effective communication skills for building relationships and managing priorities across distributed teams.
