Description

  • Support and improve the DevOps platform that powers AI SaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Work across software delivery, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and operating systems to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code and Kubernetes.
  • Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and related delivery processes.
  • Define SLOs, alerts, dashboards, and escalation paths for observability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate problems across code, cloud services, networks, and Linux systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable work.
  • Create clear, comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and solutions.
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation in the future if required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or SRE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies and CI/CD technologies, with hands-on experience in at least two CI/CD ecosystems.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with backend development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and operating system concepts, with 5+ years of Linux administration experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP, with AWS highly preferred.
  • AWS or GCP certifications are highly desired.
  • 5+ years of experience with infrastructure as code tools, primarily Terraform.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including at least one managed service such as EKS, GKE, or AKS.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues across code, cloud infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.
  • 5+ years of experience with observability tools, including defining SLOs, designing alerts, dashboards, and escalation chains.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and integration into CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience with Temporal workflows is nice to have.
  • Experience with Nvidia NIM and relevant Nvidia certifications is a significant asset.
  • Ability to gather and interpret project requirements effectively.
  • Highly collaborative, resilient, and proactive working style.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to structure discussions clearly.
  • Meticulous documentation skills and a strong problem-solving approach.
