Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases based on requirements, technical specifications, and risk assessments.
  • Build, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and related frameworks.
  • Implement and maintain API testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and feedback cycles.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to understand architecture, identify risks, and ensure coverage of critical user journeys.
  • Analyze test results, document defects, and track issues in JIRA or similar tools.
  • Champion QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement and mentoring.
  • Explore edge cases and failure modes to uncover hidden risks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support team delivery commitments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant QA experience spanning manual and automated testing.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality test plans and test cases.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for writing and maintaining automation scripts; Python or Java is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright; familiarity with Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Experience testing frontend applications, including React.
  • Working knowledge of API testing methodologies and tools such as Postman, REST-assured, or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD and understanding core DevOps concepts.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or equivalent tools for defect tracking, test management, and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Advanced English (B2+) with proactive, high-visibility communication.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple efforts while maintaining quality standards.
