Description

  • Lead and support delivery of contracted media products and services across key platforms.
  • Deliver work across Managed Media, Advisory, and Resale & Activation with leadership support as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client operational teams and participate in client meetings.
  • Own a client plan and manage day-to-day client deliverables effectively.
  • Ensure high attention to detail and adherence to SLA expectations.
  • Manage mock billing, troubleshoot invoice issues, and support accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain Salesforce and EOM compliance and identify client growth opportunities.
  • Apply scoping calculator and SOW/legal processes appropriately.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing, internal initiatives, and mentoring.
  • Provide feedback and proactive solutions to improve operations, resourcing, and team processes.

Requirements

  • Proven media experience across digital platforms, ideally in a media agency or consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing engagements and deliver against contract requirements.
  • Experience with financial systems, media forecasting, time tracking, and billing.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong time management, self-prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to and lead internal initiatives.
  • Current platform certifications are preferred.
