Description

  • Process, analyze, and interpret conversations across digital channels to identify key insights and brand opportunities.
  • Monitor daily brand-related conversations to detect communication opportunities and potential social crises.
  • Analyze owned channel analytics and social/digital platforms to evaluate content performance and digital metrics.
  • Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with recommendations for optimization.
  • Design, run, and evaluate test-and-learn programs on owned channels and campaigns to improve engagement and results.
  • Monitor and manage digital and social crises, providing analysis and response guidance.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, data, and planning teams in brainstorming sessions to optimize content, messaging, and formats.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear communication and public presentations.
  • Own qualitative and quantitative improvement of projects under your responsibility and contribute to team growth and development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content and digital data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience analyzing digital and social platforms and mastering digital metrics.
  • Experience monitoring digital and social crises (preferred/required per role context).
  • Strategic, results-focused thinking.
  • Strong presentation, communication, research, listening, argumentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Fast learning ability, proactivity, and practical common sense.
  • Familiarity with the automotive category (preferred).
  • Authorized to live and work in Brazil; the position is 100% remote and hiring is exclusively within Brazil.
