Description

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute content calendars with the social strategist, including timely publishing of social posts.
  • Write engaging social copy and responses and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with data strategists to produce monthly and quarterly reports and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting including organic performance, sentiment analysis, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct social listening to identify trends, insights, and daily conversation analysis around the brand.
  • Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management, and creative teams to keep social channels on-brand.
  • Analyze brand performance and community metrics to drive results for client KPIs.
  • Cover brand-related events in real time and identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on digital trends.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Community Management.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices for formats and tone of voice.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics and analyze brand performance.
  • Experience with social listening tools, metrics, and producing digital reports.
  • Knowledge of and experience managing CMS platforms.
  • Experience developing or implementing community management strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Must be a resident of Brazil (position is 100% remote and hiring is available exclusively within Brazil).
