Description

  • Develop compelling visual concepts and creative territories for integrated campaigns, social, branding, digital, and content experiences.
  • Translate strategy and creative direction into visually engaging narratives and scalable design systems.
  • Create mood boards, mock-ups, presentations, and visual explorations to communicate ideas.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Guide and mentor designers while elevating overall creative quality.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams on creative direction across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide feedback and creative oversight throughout concept development and execution.
  • Maintain consistency across campaigns, platforms, and regional adaptations.
  • Oversee visual craft across digital, social, branding, campaign, motion-aware, and experiential outputs.
  • Integrate AI-powered creative tools and improve creative processes, templates, and collaborative workflows.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience across design, campaigns, branding, social, and digital creative environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, art direction, and high-level craft execution.
  • Proven ability to lead visual development from idea through execution.
  • High proficiency with Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrated campaigns, social-first storytelling, and motion-aware design.
  • Ability to guide designers and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of creative systems, scalability, and production workflows.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, and Figma AI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working across APAC markets, preferred.
  • Automotive, luxury, technology, or lifestyle brand experience, preferred.
  • Motion or film production knowledge, preferred.
  • Experience working within distributed global teams, preferred.
