Description

  • Work on projects from concept through creation and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design integrated creative for web, digital, ecommerce, print, OOH, POS, and advertising channels.
  • Define the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects.
  • Apply existing brand guidelines consistently across projects.
  • Develop user-centered, responsive web and email layouts.
  • Create printed collateral from initial concept through repro-ready files.
  • Present work internally and to clients, and manage workloads to agreed timelines.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing brand toolkits and assets into fresh content.
  • Stay current with design trends and understand best practices for effective content across ecommerce, social, mobile-first, OOH, POS, and print formats.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a designer.
  • Around 10 years of experience in a digital or production agency background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design, print, and web technologies.
  • Real working experience in brand identity and campaign identities.
  • Experience across social, digital, print, and design work; a Visual Arts BS/BA degree is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating ideas through to execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Ability to work under direction and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively as a team player.
