Description

  • Lead high-impact, executive-level client engagements across a portfolio of top brands.
  • Own the delivery and strategic application of the marketing analytics framework for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary account leader and trusted advisor for clients across seniority levels.
  • Guide clients through measurement strategies and drive successful platform adoption.
  • Partner with the Solutions team on requirements gathering, platform deployment, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with Product to shape new features and advocate for client needs.
  • Interpret performance signals, conduct experimental analysis, and provide forward-looking media guidance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of client relationships with precision and accountability.
  • Own gross revenue retention and net revenue retention goals within the book of business.
  • Support internal customer success initiatives such as onboarding playbooks, training materials, and adoption models.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client services management.
  • Experience in marketing attribution, media mix modeling, in-market experimentation, or applied marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with ad-tech and MarTech platforms, including vendor platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and other third-party tools.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying, managing, and growing complex engagements focused on marketing measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Minimum BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Ability to make independent decisions, take calculated risks, and work through ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a strong team environment.
  • Comfort with rapid change; preferred traits include initiative and a commitment to diversity and integrity.
