Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit as needed.
  • Own campaign structure including objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, bidding, and pacing.
  • Develop and run structured testing plans for creative, hooks, messaging angles, and landing page alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimizations to creative, audiences, budgets, bids, and funnel settings.
  • Manage retargeting and full-funnel campaigns from prospecting through conversion.
  • Implement tracking best practices including pixel events, UTMs, conversion tracking, and attribution checks.
  • Maintain clean reporting and document insights and learnings with the team.
  • Edit short-form video ads for multiple formats including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9.
  • Turn raw footage into multiple ad variants with different hooks, CTAs, lengths, and edits.
  • Write or adapt ad copy and headlines, and ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and legal-industry compliance.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance insights and participate in internal and client-facing meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing paid social campaigns with measurable performance outcomes, ideally in lead generation.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, including audiences, optimization, creative testing, and pixel events.
  • Demonstrable ability to create high-performing video ads and edit quickly and cleanly.
  • Proficiency in at least one editing workflow or toolset such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or CapCut.
  • Comfort with performance marketing metrics such as CPA/CPL, CTR, CVR, CPM, frequency, AOV/LTV, and attribution caveats.
  • Strong organizational habits, including testing cadence, naming conventions, creative library management, and documented learnings.
  • Excellent written communication with a bias toward clarity and directness.
  • Understanding of platform policies and legal-industry considerations, including disclaimers and sensitive targeting categories.
  • Experience working collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, design teams, and clients.
  • Ability to communicate performance and decisions confidently in meetings.
