Description

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and analyze business processes.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop cross-team processes that support MCG’s business strategy.
  • Create process maps, procedural documentation, and occasional end-user training materials using tools such as LucidChart, Draw.io, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Lead current-state process documentation and analysis to identify requirements, inputs, outputs, resources, tasks, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Drive resolution or mitigation efforts and communicate findings and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Implement process improvements and new process designs with stakeholders to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify system and workflow infrastructure changes needed to support new processes.
  • Support Manager Business Process Excellence with key project and kaizen initiatives.
  • Assist with change management for new process rollouts and deliver process training to internal teams when needed.
  • Maintain the MCG Process Library by enforcing governance policies and documenting process best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, business process improvement, and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools such as LucidChart and Draw.io.
  • Experience creating informational or instructional documentation using PowerPoint, Confluence wiki, Word, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, interpret, and analyze complex data and business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of process management and improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL v3, TQM, or ISO 9000.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Experience participating in workshops, kaizens, focus groups, and presenting to large groups preferred.

  • Pay range of $88,000 to $123,300.
  • Bonus eligible.
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel of 1 to 4 trips per year.
