Description

  • Facilitate implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management.
  • Conduct client discussions to understand warehouse management processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, and inventory counting.
  • Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 warehouse management module, including warehouse locations, reservation hierarchy, wave, work, location directives, mobile device setup, and labels.
  • Plan and execute data migration strategies for transferring warehouse data into Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and execute functional test cases to validate the warehouse solution.
  • Provide training to business process owners on warehouse management functionality, system navigation, configuration, processes, and key features.
  • Support go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with customers on business requirements, gap analysis, and functional design documents when extensions are needed.
  • Lead modeling and process area showcase sessions, and coach or mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.
  • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification (MB-330), or ability to অর্জain it within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or AX 2012 is a plus.
  • Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production D365 modules is preferred.
  • Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services is preferred.
