Description

  • Work across the full project lifecycle from design and development through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Partner with solution architects, consultants, customers, developers, analysts, project managers, and end users to deliver technical solutions.
  • Create requirements documents, functional specifications, and technical design documentation for custom Power Platform implementations.
  • Design and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure-based custom applications.
  • Modify or extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications when needed.
  • Provide technical guidance, development support, and communication of development standards to internal and external teams.
  • Perform coding, unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activities.
  • Support data migration efforts and integration between Dynamics solutions, legacy systems, and Microsoft data sources.
  • Prepare system installations, configurations, customizations, and user installation instructions.
  • Lead client-facing technical efforts, including pre-sales activities, project estimates, and events such as App in a Day and hackathons.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and certification.
  • 4+ years of professional software or web development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience building apps on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400, PL-100, or MB-600 are required or strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience developing complex business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Finance and Operations data structures.
  • Experience integrating to and from Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance and Operations using Dual Write or Virtual Entities.
  • Extensive experience building workflows in Power Automate.
  • Functional knowledge of production and projects within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, WCF, MVC, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, LINQ, HTML, Ajax, JQuery, CSS, or XML.
  • Knowledge of standard development techniques, relational databases, object-oriented design, and data structures.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional business demeanor, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to interface directly with end-user clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% if needed and a valid driver’s license.

  • Base salary of $120,000 to $170,000 per year.
