Description

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for new and existing software applications.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software updates and features.
  • Collaborate with Senior Developers to design and implement new functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues and deliver fixes and product improvements.
  • Work closely with QA/UAT teams to ensure features are thoroughly tested before deployment.
  • Contribute to application performance and scalability optimization.
  • Develop and maintain payer and clearinghouse integrations via API, SFTP, and bots.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of PHI through secure software development practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to healthcare technology.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with database engines such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js web frameworks.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic API integration.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively escalate obstacles.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and improving U.S. healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Experience in HealthTech, preferably with revenue cycle management or health insurance integrated solutions (preferred).
  • IT experience with Microsoft Entra, device management, or user access control/permissions/roles (preferred).
