Description

  • Own the onboarding experience for new and expanding clients from implementation through handoff to the account team.
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding launch plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Lead client-facing discussions with RCM executives, operators, and technical stakeholders.
  • Configure and implement solutions within the maxRTE platform.
  • Conduct workflow testing, validation, and optimization across complex and non-complex environments, including Epic-integrated implementations.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements based on best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the product and the healthcare industry.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally to inform product and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • SaaS or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience navigating complex healthcare software integrations, such as Epic or other EHR systems.
  • Strong ability to understand provider workflows and the broader insurance ecosystem quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Comfort managing technical implementations and client-facing documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership and initiative.
