Description

  • Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects.
  • Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases, including sales, customer service, onboarding, and operations agents.
  • Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows.
  • Provide advisory support on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Review and improve existing implementations and use cases.
  • Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into AI-driven Salesforce use cases.
  • Implement end-to-end intelligent workflows across Salesforce.
  • Support the shift from traditional development to AI-first solution architecture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents).
  • Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end.
  • Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant or Architect.
  • Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as sales automation, SDR agents, customer service automation, and workflow automation.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows and automation.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Preferred experience leading workshops and influencing senior teams.
