Description

  • Manage, expand, and oversee a rapidly growing portfolio of federal contracts.
  • Improve digital tools and workflows for accredited representatives supporting Veterans.
  • Work closely with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to shape user-centered solutions.
  • Ensure products and workflows are compliant and impactful in the federal environment.
  • Manage backlog, prioritization, and agile delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate product releases across cross-functional teams.
  • Engage end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather input and align on solutions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in federal, health IT, or large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery.
  • Experience engaging with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with VA systems, benefits processes, or government service delivery is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coordinating product releases.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; some roles may require U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance may be required.
