Description

  • Design useful and visually appealing web and mobile products, including landing pages and desktop applications.
  • Create interactive prototypes to present design concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare user flows and low-fidelity wireframes based on client requirements.
  • Work with existing design systems, style guides, and UI kits with support from a mentor or buddy.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather and clarify product requirements.
  • Join internal meetings with designers, developers, and proxy product owners to help define application requirements.
  • Present ideas and iterate on designs based on feedback from mentors, leaders, and product stakeholders.
  • Prepare marketing assets for projects and internal company use, such as Dribbble shots and Facebook ads.

Requirements

  • Great portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project.
  • 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of UX rules and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working with design tools, especially Figma; Photoshop and Illustrator are helpful.
  • Ability to create a basic style guide and work with existing design assets.
  • Capability to design responsive web layouts and application screens based on specifications.
  • Openness to AI tools and automations in design projects, with practical knowledge of their use.
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English at C1 level.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Nice to have: experience creating marketing assets, illustration skills, branding skills, Webflow or Framer experience, After Effects or Jitter experience, and use of tools such as Framer Make, ChatGPT, or Claude.
