Description

  • Write high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript code with an object-oriented approach.
  • Contribute technically to the product by identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Write documentation for delivered code and reusable knowledge.
  • Review peers’ code and help maintain code quality.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into solutions, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Communicate with the team and clients to clarify complexity and support project execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt while supporting ongoing team work.
  • Work within Scrum teams on long-term client projects.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of commercial experience with Node.js.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript concepts, including ES2018+ features and classes.
  • Basic experience with at least one Node.js backend framework such as Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
  • Understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, and basic data structures.
  • Experience integrating with SQL databases using an ORM or query builder such as Prisma or Knex.
  • English level B2/C1 for working with American clients.
  • Polish level C1 for team communication.
  • Ability to work independently and use AI tools responsibly without relying on them to write code.
  • Nice to have: TypeScript experience and exposure to multiple backend frameworks.
  • Nice to have: Open-source contributions, AWS knowledge, serverless experience, and Docker usage.
