Description

Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track.
Join client calls and internal stand-ups, with the opportunity to facilitate meetings with support.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and clients on product work and communication.
Create simple visuals such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns to support client conversations.
Write clear, structured documentation for product and delivery work.
Learn and apply how teams plan, estimate, prioritize, and iterate on product work.
Support marketing or internal initiatives when needed.
Work with experienced mentors on real cross-functional projects.

Requirements

Active student status is required.
Fluent Polish and English at minimum C1 level in both languages.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, FigJam, or Jira.
Curiosity about how digital products are built from idea to launch.
Comfort turning ideas into simple visuals quickly to support discussions.
Proactive, communicative, and willing to ask questions.
Interest in working with developers, designers, and clients.
Availability to start ASAP in 2026 and work approximately 6 hours per day for 3 months.
Bonus: experience in student organizations, startups, or hackathons.
Bonus: interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools, or familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup.
Bonus: prior experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead in any context.
