Description

  • Design and maintain Snowflake data models for customer engagement, reporting, and audience activation.
  • Build customer-level data structures for segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Translate engagement requirements into scalable Snowflake models and CDP-ready schemas.
  • Create and maintain pipelines syncing customer data to Braze, Hightouch, and other downstream tools.
  • Implement identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking, and unified customer profiles.
  • Support customer 360 views and improve audience readiness across channels.
  • Optimise Snowflake performance, cost efficiency, and scalability across large datasets.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across customer-facing data models.
  • Collaborate with CRM, CDP, analytics, and marketing teams on business use cases.

Requirements

  • Deep Snowflake expertise, including architecture, modelling, optimisation, and performance tuning.
  • Strong experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and customer profile design.
  • Experience with CRM and engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Understanding of customer events, user attributes, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census.
  • Strong SQL and dbt skills for designing scalable customer-centric data models.
  • Familiarity with consent management, privacy frameworks, and customer data governance.
  • Experience with multi-channel engagement data across email, push, SMS, web, and app.
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: CDP experience with Segment, mParticle, Tealium, or RudderStack; predictive modelling or AI-driven segmentation; relevant industry datasets; or Braze Currents, custom events, and Connected Content experience.
  • Valid work visa required; sponsorship is unavailable. Contractors must provide proof of incorporation and current insurance.
  • Willingness to work under a bring-your-own-device policy and complete identity and reference checks.
