Description

  • Own delivery, performance, and growth across 1–2 strategic client accounts.
  • Serve as the Braze subject-matter expert, shaping CRM and analytics roadmaps and data-backed recommendations.
  • Lead account delivery through sprint planning, prioritisation, delegation, and risk and blocker management.
  • Build trusted client relationships and lead challenging conversations as a strategic partner.
  • Manage and mentor 1–6+ team members through structured 1:1s, development support, and performance management.
  • Make decisions that balance client needs, delivery priorities, and business requirements.
  • Develop client successes into case studies and growth opportunities.
  • Support pitches, hiring, and wider practice development as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CRM experience with deep hands-on Braze expertise and relevant certifications.
  • Experience owning outcomes for at least one large or complex client account.
  • People-management experience, including developing at least one team member over 6+ months.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, including the ability to defend data-backed recommendations with clients.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and prioritise competing client and business demands.
  • Experience addressing underperformance, setting expectations, and managing improvement plans.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency, consultancy, or MarTech environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, customer engagement, segmentation, personalisation, and performance measurement.
  • Fluent English at C1 level; advanced Braze certifications, SQL/customer data expertise, global account experience, and roadmap or pitch experience are preferred.
