Description

  • Design, implement, optimize, and maintain customer journeys across Braze and Segment.
  • Support segmentation strategies for personalized marketing campaigns and customer interactions.
  • Own A/B testing and product analytics in Statsig to improve marketing performance.
  • Configure and develop email and push communications across the Martech stack.
  • Manage data integrations by building APIs, handling JSON data, and implementing event-driven integrations.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Martech capabilities for usability, speed, and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, business management, stakeholders, and external vendors on projects and platform enhancements.
  • Develop technical documentation and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends and assess their potential impact.
  • Ensure digital banking solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience developing or operationally managing client-facing technologies.
  • Experience in marketing automation required, with knowledge of digital advertising, customer data platforms, and content management systems.
  • Experience building and managing customer journeys with platforms such as Braze and Segment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Expertise developing technical solutions and familiarity with APIs; API-building experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand API specifications, sequence diagrams, and system designs.
  • Deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and collaborative working skills.
