Description

  • Lead and support a team of up to 10 CRM Consultants, ensuring quality, speed, and execution standards are met.
  • Hold the team accountable to best-in-class delivery practices and CRM Practice expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform across multiple channels.
  • Configure and customise Braze to implement strategies and campaigns accurately.
  • Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns using Braze messaging capabilities.
  • Use Braze segmentation and personalisation tools to tailor experiences to audience groups.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team and other stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand goals and shape solutions that drive results.
  • Review quality through QA across campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
  • Operate in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of CRM experience delivering high-quality work across complex customer engagement ecosystems.
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role such as Head of CRM or CRM Team Lead.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Braze experience with strong command of its features and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including QA across campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
  • Strong grounding in digital marketing and understanding of CRM within the broader customer experience.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data structures for segmentation and personalisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills developed in agency or client-facing environments.
  • Fluent English at C1 level with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Braze certification such as Practitioner or Marketer is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience analysing data for segmentation, personalisation, and decision-making are preferred.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the full Braze feature set is preferred.
  • Valid work visa required; sponsorship is not available.
  • For contractors, proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance are required.
