Description

  • Own venue-level relationships at stadiums, arenas, and event centers after go-live.
  • Manage a structured 60–90 day hypercare window for each new site after deployment.
  • Proactively monitor account health, kiosk uptime, transaction volume, and renewal timelines.
  • Stay ahead of event-day needs before, during, and after high-traffic events.
  • Own escalation handling for critical issues, especially during live events, from start to finish.
  • Identify renewal forecasts and churn risk in partnership with Finance and Sales.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation so internal teams can quickly get up to speed.
  • Prepare data and narrative support for Sales-led QBRs.
  • Monitor accounts on a regular cadence and bring data-backed insights to client conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or another post-sale relationship role.
  • Experience managing accounts in a hardware or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to translate operational data into clear business narratives.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risk early and recommending next steps.
  • Strong documentation habits and a disciplined approach to account tracking.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience working with sports or entertainment venues in a technology, operations, or service capacity (preferred).
  • Familiarity with venue POS systems, concessions technology, or food service operations in a live event environment (preferred).
  • Experience working with foodservice operators (preferred).
