Description

  • Support quarterly earnings materials, including the press release, scripts, Q&A, investor presentation, fact sheet, backup materials, post-event reporting, and transcript reviews.
  • Assist with board memos and other content that supports finance team initiatives.
  • Communicate with investors and analysts about the company’s business model, operating results, and business strategy.
  • Support investor and analyst events, including conferences, meetings, and non-deal roadshows.
  • Monitor industry trends and peer company practices by tracking research reports, news, earnings calls, and related sources.
  • Analyze sell-side analyst notes and summarize key themes for management.
  • Review analyst models and build relationships with sell-side associates to understand assumptions and modeling approaches.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers for web hosting, surveillance, IR consulting, and targeting.
  • Document investor calls, summarize key takeaways, and maintain interaction records in the database repository.
  • Use investor interaction data to improve communication and target strategy.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of finance or accounting experience, with investor relations experience at a publicly traded company or in equity research highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, equity valuation models, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with and implementing AI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of GSuite, Excel, or other data management tools.
  • Knowledge of IR systems such as Nasdaq IR Insight, AlphaSense, Virtua, or Workiva is a plus.
  • Understanding of Reg FD and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently across cross-functional internal teams and external relationships.
  • Ability to project manage multiple large-scale projects.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry is a huge plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity.

  • Base salary range of $125,840-$157,300 for National, $136,000-$170,000 for Premium, and $148,000-$185,000 for Premium Plus, depending on work location.
