Description

  • Handle a weekly volume of ~50 support tickets as first line of defense and own the support queue independently.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly (e.g., browser caching, integration reconnections, trial extensions) and prioritize high-value trials and Enterprise clients for white-glove service.
  • Use browser developer tools (Console/Network) to reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and debug live via calls when needed.
  • Join sales and onboarding calls as the technical expert to explain features and integration workflows.
  • Supervise AI-drafted responses for simple questions and ensure customers feel heard and satisfied.
  • Identify recurring issues, write and maintain knowledge base articles, and suggest updates to improve automated responses and Intercom Fin CX score.
  • Document feature requests and customer context in Canny and share insights with product and engineering teams.
  • Open pull requests for small bugs and UI polish items, and collaborate with Engineering to review and ship code fixes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English and comfortable on video calls.
  • Ability to cover US timezones (San Francisco to New York) with some overlap with European team members.
  • Experience using browser developer tools (Console and Network tab) to debug errors.
  • Fundamental understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript and comfort reading code in a GitHub repo to identify logic errors.
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts (APIs, Webhooks) to non-technical users via email and live calls.
  • Autonomous, proactive mindset with customer-first attitude and strong follow-through to resolution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Linear, FullStory, Notion, and GitHub (preferred).
  • Familiarity or interest in the product stack (TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Vite, Tailwind, MongoDB/Postgres, AWS, Docker) is a plus.
