Description

  • Assist customers, third-party vendors, and Mark43 engineering teams through technical implementation stages including requirements gathering, solutioning, documentation, mapping, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Track technical project schedules, identify schedule risks, and support Implementation Managers with mitigation strategies.
  • Configure, schedule, and maintain containerized software across a multi-cloud environment.
  • Update external-facing technical documentation to explain Mark43 technical solutions to stakeholders.
  • Analyze customers' technical landscapes, processes, and policies to recommend efficient services and interfaces.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of customer-facing services.
  • Support implementation of technical services for public safety agencies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Integration Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Technical Analyst, Technical Project Management, or IT support role at a growing company.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in project management, training, customer support, and/or feedback collection.
  • Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently toward deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Ownership over your work and attention to both big-picture goals and small details.
  • Self-motivated, humble, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, XML, JSON, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical logs.
  • Basic understanding of Linux systems.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the country where the role is hired; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Experience with large SaaS deployment projects (team background/preferred).
  • Background in consulting (team background/preferred).
