Description

  • Translate complex business processes such as counterparty onboarding, KYC, and rating assessments into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure business rules, advanced automations in Flows, and custom screens to support complex workflows.
  • Implement conditional workflows based on risk and compliance levels to safeguard business operations.
  • Analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure they are consistent, secure, and aligned with regulatory constraints.
  • Provide expert functional support and serve as the go-to Salesforce authority for Energy Management business units.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution within a small expert team.
  • Document intricate business rules and translate them into technical logic.
  • Support high-impact workflows at the intersection of risk, information systems, and energy trading.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Senior Administrator.
  • Experience with complex, non-standard Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong ability to understand and document intricate business rules.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical logic and functional configuration.
  • Familiarity with KYC, compliance, or financial risk processes is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, demanding environment and influence business decisions.
  • Comfortable with functional configuration and building specific UI components.
  • Experience acting as a consultant to the business and challenging requirements.
  • Interest in working in a niche environment outside classic sales CRM use cases.
