Description

  • Lead the operational setup and optimization of Agile Tribes for the Unified Data Platform.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
  • Design and maintain scalable delivery models for complex technical initiatives.
  • Translate stakeholder goals into actionable backlogs and manage dependencies across squads.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization using User Story Mapping and WSJF.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in a high-scale data replication and cloud-native services environment.
  • Promote Agile and DevOps practices through workshops on team autonomy and lean thinking.
  • Implement and monitor delivery metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, and Burn-up.
  • Provide transparent progress reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align technical roadmap execution with business insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in Agile leadership roles within large-scale tech environments.
  • Experience with or deep familiarity in Azure DevOps, Data Factory, LogicApps, and cloud databases such as CosmosDB and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.
  • Experience managing Scrum of Scrums in complex delivery environments.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level.
  • Ability to balance coaching and delivery responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Jira Cloud, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Design Thinking.
  • Preferred certifications: PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching).
