Description

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer user access and permissions through JumpCloud and similar directory services.
  • Support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows user environments.
  • Provide end-user IT support and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Manage hardware and software asset inventory.
  • Administer internal tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and runbooks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and support.
  • Support ISO 27001 adherence through access controls and security measures.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and assist with IT security alerts and endpoint security policies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Experience administering macOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience with directory services such as JumpCloud, Active Directory, Okta, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks is preferred.
  • Exposure to scripting such as Python or Bash is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment is preferred.
