Description

  • Build and ship features end to end across React Native mobile, React web dashboards, and a serverless TypeScript backend.
  • Implement user flows from UI and data entry through API logic, persistence, and status or error handling.
  • Write and consume API contracts with shared validation schemas across mobile, web, and backend.
  • Own third-party integrations with payment, settlement, KYC, and banking partners using APIs and webhooks.
  • Develop and maintain services in an AWS serverless stack using Lambda, DynamoDB, and TypeScript infrastructure-as-code.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend and backend leads to absorb work as priorities shift.
  • Maintain quality through typed interfaces, sensible tests, and correct edge-case handling in a financial product.
  • Help keep a shared monorepo clean, with reusable types and components.
  • Use AI-assisted development as a default workflow and keep shared documentation current.

Requirements

  • AI-native or AI-first mindset, with hands-on use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot as part of the workflow.
  • 4+ years of experience building full-stack web or mobile products in production.
  • Strong TypeScript skills across both frontend and backend.
  • Solid React experience, with either hands-on React Native experience or a proven ability to pick up new frontend frameworks quickly.
  • Production experience building backend services on Node.js, ideally in a serverless environment such as Lambda, with a NoSQL data store such as DynamoDB.
  • Demonstrated ability to own production features end to end, including UI, backend, data modeling, release, and debugging.
  • Comfort working on a small team, switching context often, and owning entire features independently.
  • Agency background is a strong plus.
  • Startup background is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as SST, CDK, Pulumi, or Terraform is a plus.
  • Fintech or payments experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong English level.
