Description

  • Process and manage high volumes of lab and referral documentation, including faxes, voicemails, and digital records, according to privacy and security standards.
  • Upload, route, and track lab results and referral information for timely clinician review and follow-up.
  • Respond to urgent lab communications and escalate critical results promptly.
  • Investigate missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation and coordinate resolutions with labs, clinics, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reconcile patient information with lab and referral data.
  • Support public health reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Care Delivery teams on lab- and referral-related questions.
  • Meet accuracy, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time expectations in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
  • Experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and process adherence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Comfort learning and using multiple systems and tools; Google Workspace, PDF management tools, and Slack experience are preferred.
  • Fully administrative role; medical or clinical experience is not required.
  • Successful candidates must complete criminal record and identity verification checks.
